Most of our items ship from U.S.-based warehouses and fulfillment partners. You’ll see estimated delivery times at checkout and get tracking as soon as your order ships.
Typical delivery time is about 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on the product and your location. During the holiday season, carriers can be a bit slower, so ordering early is always best.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns within 15 days of receiving your item, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Just email us with your order number, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund within about 5 business days. There are no restocking fees, and return shipping is on us.
All items currently sold on MyGigisPlace.com are brand new. We no longer offer gently used or pre-owned products, and we are updating any older text to reflect that.
